Yesss! It’s finally here. “Retaliation”, the third book in The Nirvana Series has arrived. You will want to read “Obsession” and “Infatuation” also before reading this one or you will miss out on some hot as hell reading. We get more in depth with the characters in book three and a whole lot more sizzling chemistry. The emotion factor is bumped up too, if that was even possible, but I just fell harder for Finley, Hannah, and Thaddeus.Ok, so let's get this started. We are thrust back into the world that Ms. Storm has created between these three characters Finley, Thaddeus and Hannah. Hannah is dealing with the aftermath of her encounter with Thaddeus in NYC and her emotions surrounding it. The steam factor is off the charts right from the start. Naughty Hannah and her wild imagination (winks), and then there is the ever sexy Finley waiting and wanting his woman back from her trip, but the trouble starts here. I felt the build, but I also felt the bond that Hannah had with Finley (Relax! I have nothing against Thaddeus. I loved both men in these books).
I don’t even have the accurate words to describe the sex in this book. It’s just intense and boy oh boy parts were tingling reading a certain car scene, but that is all I will say! NO SPOILERS. You need to read this book! The BDSM themes are incredibly arousing and so detailed you may need a moment to catch your breath.
Ms. Storm increases the element of danger in this book that caught me in the first and second book, but now it reaches a fever pitch and it all explodes. I wasn’t sure how it would end. I worried for Hannah on so many levels, her heart, these men and her safety. The twist and turns kept me engaged and turning the pages faster needing to know how it all ended! Oh and that ending!! THAT. ENDING! You are going to want to get a fan! A wonderful read that kept me thoroughly entertained and wanting more!

I was blown away once again by the very talented author Anise Storm! The BDSM Romance genre is a challenging one to pull off, not only did she do that but she made it a BDSM Romance Menage! My kindle melted from all of the steam in this book! Starting the series with Obsession, Hannah and Thaddeus meet as boss and secretary and begin a very intense BDSM relationship. But a misunderstanding sends Hannah into the arms of an old friend, Finley, from London. Thaddeus finally realizes what he has lost and he knows he will never find another woman to love like Hannah.
*****......but no woman would ever capture the most important thing he had to offer - his heart. It belonged to Hannah Brinkley, even though she'd only stomped on it every opportunity she'd gotten.*****
In Infatuation, Hannah, whose heart is shattered by Thaddeus's betrayal with another woman, resumes her friendship with Finley, staying with him in London where Thaddeus cannot find her. Little does she know that Finley is also a Master in the BDSM lifestyle and once she discovers his secret playroom, they begin a steamy D/s relationship! But her heart still belongs to Thaddeus so she holds her heart and feelings back from Finley, who has always loved Hannah, but never told her. Another omission is discovered that Thaddeus and Finley are bitter business rivals. Hannah finally lands a job with a company in London and has to take a quick trip to New York City, where she runs into Thaddeus once again. She knows she can't be with him, so she leaves him once again and runs back to London and Finley.

Now for Retaliation! Hannah realizes she is in love with both Thaddeus and Finley. Thaddeus is searching for her everywhere and does not want to give her up. Finley knows that someone still has a piece of Hannah's heart and she won't give him all of it. Meanwhile, Hannah is enjoying her new job working on accounts and when her employer lands a very important one, she realizes that the two other companies that lost are Thaddeus's and Finley's.
As the Christmas holidays approach, Thaddeus only has one wish.

Thaddeus finally tracks Hannah down in London and when he finds her in the arms of his archnemesis, he immediately thinks the worst, that she only slept with him to give Finley's company the edge on the accounts.

When Finley gets the news that his company has lost yet another important account, he also thinks Hannah has been deceiving him and both walk away from her!
Now something sinister is chasing Hannah and she finds herself in the crosshairs of the FBI, facing possible espionage charges.
Both Thaddeus and Finley realize they need to put away their differences and work together to clear Hannah and get her back.
And wow did they stage an elaborate scene to win her back! melting!

Retaliation is book 3 from Anise Storm's Nirvana trilogy. If you have not read the first two books, then you are sorely missing out. You must read to fully understand the culmination of events in this spicy and perfect ending.
After Hannah's run in with ex lover Thaddeus, she is left with self doubts and worries that put her relationship with Finley in jeopardy . But a second run in with him on Finley's turf turns complicated. She does what she knows best...run away. Both men are left distraught pinning away the love that got away. However Hannah comes into some major trouble and both men are determined to save her. Does Hannah let them back in her life? Who will she finally choose? Only one way to find out.
This book was the perfect ending to this trilogy that I've loved and fantasized about. Though I was #Team Thaddeus, I couldn't help but fall a bit in love with Finley. Anise was able to bring these two strong Doms to life and have them show true emotion. Her sexy as sin writing had me melting and wishing on more than one occasion to be Hannah.

Can't wait to see if she'll bring back this "threesome" in any future stories. 😉
